Thermal Imaging Scopes
North Texas Crop Protection uses high end thermal imaging equipment to identify, close in, and eradicate feral hogs. Using our thermal imaging scopes, we scan crop fields from a distance, and can spot hogs up to 1800 yards away.
North Texas Crop Protection uses large caliber (.30 cal or larger) semi-automatic AR-15 and AR-10 rifles fitted with suppressors. Since our hog control is conducted at night, the suppressors ensure minimal disruption to homes or livestock that may be in the area.
North Texas Crop Protection uses small 4WD utility vehicles (Polaris Rangers) to navigate through pastures and crop land. We ensure that we are mindful of any planted crops, and pay close attention to where we drive, ensuring there is no damage to landowner property.
